Music is in the heart and soul of former The Young and the Restless star Max Ehrich (ex-Fenmore Baldwin), which means he is the perfect choice to star in the upcoming motion picture Southern Gospel, set to tell the true story of rock 'n' roll star Samuel Allen.
Ehrich took to Instagram to share the news of his exciting new film, writing, "Dreams do come true."

Southern Gospel is being directed by Jeffrey A. Smith and will tell the story of Samuel Allen, who must face past demons as he chases his childhood ambition of becoming a preacher after his life comes crashing down around him. Will his raw talent and earnest faith be enough, or will an empire of tradition put an end to his dream?
Katelyn Nacon, who plays Enid on AMC's The Walking Dead, is also starring in the film, which is currently shooting with COVID-19 safety protocols in place. Additional stars in supporting roles include J. Alphonse Nicholson, Gary Weeks, and Justice Leak.
Max Ehrich starred as Y&R's Fenmore from 2012 to 2015 and earned four Daytime Emmy Award nominations for his work on the CBS soap opera. His additional credits include Under the Dome, The Path, Sweet/Vicious, 100 Things to Do Before High School, and American Princess. The New Jersey native is also a singer, with one of his last official singles being "Ride," which he released for his Netflix film, Walk. Ride. Rodeo.
Ehrich recently announced his engagement to singer Demi Lovato, known for her songs "Sorry Not Sorry" and "Confident," and for her run as a judge on The X Factor.
