Fan fave Tonja Walker Davidson (Alex Olanov) is reprising the role of Alex, a character many fans love to hate, beginning later this week.
"For years I have been asked to bring the notorious Alex Olanov back to One Life to Live, where she usually finds herself in the middle of a sinister plot," Davidson said of her return. "I relish the opportunity to bring Alex back to OLTL with surprises that even shocked me."
Davidson originated the role of Alex in 1990 and remained with the show for seven years. During that time, the actress picked up an Outstanding Supporting Actress Daytime Emmy nomination in 1993. Davidson has returned on numerous occasions since exiting the show, the most recent having been in March of this year.
In her time away from Llanview, Davidson hosts her own radio show, Straight Talk Live! With Tonja Walker in Fairfield, CT. She also wrapped production on two independent films due out next year, Excuse Me for Living and My Dog the Space Traveler.
