Days of our Lives viewers can look forward to (or perhaps shudder over?) the return of Salem baddie Evan Frears (a.k.a. Christian Maddox), as actor Brock Kelly is returning to the NBC soap opera.
According to Soap Opera Digest, Kelly will make his return appearance on Friday, February 19. Not much else is known about what brings Evan back to the canvas, but all bets should lean toward trouble, trouble, trouble!
As DAYS fans may recall, the character made his debut in 2019 as manny to baby David and nearly began a hot romance with Sonny (Freddie Smith) before it was revealed that he was actually Christian Maddox, baby David's father and the man responsible for killing the kid's mother, Jordan (Chrishell Stause).
That's not where the shocks ended, however. Not long after that, it was revealed that Evan's father is none other than the notorious villain Orpheus (George DelHoyo) -- who caused the crash that killed both Adrienne Kiriakis and Sarah Horton's baby. Orpheus tried to help his son avoid murder charges for Jordan's death (as did Evan's sister, Zoey) but was ultimately unsuccessful, and Evan was locked up in the spring of 2020.
Kelly returned to the show in October 2020 for a short stint in which Orpheus used Marlena (Deidre Hall) to get his son out of Bayview -- at which point, Evan disappeared! So, where does the story go from here? Be sure to tune in to Days of our Lives on Friday, February 19, to find out!
