Good news for fans of Chrishell Hartley, who portrays Days of our Lives' Jordan Ridgeway: the actress recently took part in an Instagram Q&A in which she confirmed that she'll soon be returning to the NBC soap opera.
When one of Hartley's fans asked the actress whether or not she'd be reprising her DAYS alter ego, she responded with: "Jordan is coming back soon! Next month I think..."
The last time viewers of the show saw Jordan, she had kidnapped Abigail DiMera (Kate Mansi) and Chad DiMera's (Billy Flynn) daughter, Charlotte, and set a cabin on fire with Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) inside. As Jordan explained, in her mind, she was trying to "protect" Charlotte and Ciara from her rehabilitated-serial-killer brother, Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson). The move landed her in Bayview, where she's remained a patient ever since.
But that wasn't the only drama that happened during Hartley's short return to DAYS earlier this spring. Jordan revealed to Rafe (Galen Gering) that she had a baby of her own, who was staying with friends out in California. Rafe went to get the baby, and he's been caring for little David Ridgeway ever since. Will Jordan get the all-clear to exit Bayview next month? And if so, will she want to take her son away from Rafe, who's become quite attached to the infant this past year? Meanwhile, who the heck is the baby's real father, anyway? Thus far, the show has kept that little detail under wraps, so it looks like fans will have to keep tuning in to DAYS to find out!
