The Bold and the Beautiful's Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy Forrester) and her husband, Elan Ruspoli, found out the gender of their unborn child at a gathering over the weekend. And it turns out the couple will be having a baby boy!
Several B&B stars were guests at the special gender reveal party, including Courtney Hope (Sally Spectra), Annika Noelle (Hope Logan), and Ashleigh Brewer (ex-Ivy Forrester). And it was Hope who revealed the exciting gender news, writing: "What an incredible day! So ecstatic for @jacquelinemwood_1 and @elanruspoli having a baby BOYYYY!! What a special moment to be apart of! Wishing them the most beautiful memories ahead! Love you girl!!"
As fans may recall, Wood surprised her costars with the news that she is expecting her first baby while she was at work on the CBS soap opera. During a scene that called for the actress to walk down the catwalk in sexy lingerie, she yelled: "I just wanna let you all know: your girl is pregnant! I am pregnant!"
As Soap Central previously reported, B&B will not be writing Wood's pregnancy into storyline.
"[You're going to see] Steffy holding things, Steffy behind desks," Wood joked of how the show will hide her growing belly. "Whatever work wants to throw at me, I am game."
